We've had reports of some customers experiencing authentication issues accessing the legacy Qmail/Webmail+ system
Email clients may refuse to log in or display password prompt (please do not enter new password).
We are investigating this currently and will update once we have more information.

We have identified a hardware issue causing the unavailability of the authentication database, we are working on restoring access to the database shortly.

We've been able to restore authentication for the moment, however the hardware is unfortunately not stable and we see errors happening so it is likely we'll have to restore the database on different hardware - during this time login access to Qmail/Webmail+ may be intermittent.

The authentication database has been restored to new hardware. Services should be working normally at this time.
Note: if you have submitted an email password change during this time, it will likely not have been processed and the original password should still be in effect. There may be delays to password change requests submitted after the above times.
