We'll be performing necessary maintenance and upgrades to our legacy systems between Wednesday 27th December 2023 from 21:00 hours to Thursday 28th December at 09:00
This will affect websites and email on the following our systems:
Legacy Web Cluster 1 (IP Address 79.170.246.48)
Legacy Web Cluster 1 (IP Address 79.170.244.67)
Legacy Qmail Cluster (Hosts:pemlinmail1.irishdomains.com, qmail.irishdomains.com)
Legacy control panels (cp.irishdomains.com)
Legacy email services are expected to experience a 1-2 hour interruption from about 9pm Wednesday night.
Legacy hosting services (websites) will experience some interruptions from that time for approximately 12 hours. During this time, service data will be copied to a new data center and Hosting services may be delivered from either location, so please avoid making site changes or email account/password/auto-responder from 6pm on Wednesday 27th until completion of maintenance, as very recent updates may not be propagated to the new system.

At this stage, all systems should be functioning normally, however due to internet routing changes, some web services may take a little longer to be visible everywhere. If you notice any ongoing issues with your service persisting past 9:00, please open a support ticket from within your account, and we'll investigate.
