A couple of customers on shared hosting node arcturus.hosting.ie reported POP3/IMAP pickup issues in the past few minutes.
We're investigating this now - if your Outlook email program prompts for a password, please do not try different passwords.

We've restarted the dovecot service on that node and mail pickup should be working normally.
