N-Able (the filtering platform provider) have informed us of an issue affecting logging systems on the system.
This will affect log access/searches made via the spamfilter.ie portal and indirectly affect quarantine and message delivery log access for some domains.
We will update when more information is available.

The issue still persists, it is believed to be related to a hardware issue elsewhere within the N-Able cloud.

The root cause of the issue has been identified and N-Able is working on a fix.
