Log onto your account.
On your Dashboard, click onto 'Services' at the top of the screen. From the list of options displayed, click on 'My Services'.
Find the service you want to access 'FTP Access' on and click the three dots beside it on the right-hand side.
Another list of suggestions will pop up. Click on 'View Details'.
On the 'Managing' page, go down to 'Manage Account' and click on 'FTP Access'.
From here you can add and configure FTP Accounts and manage files associated with your website through an FTP client.
