Our offices will be closed for the Holiday Season from 5pm on Friday 23rd December 2023 to 9:30am Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
Sales and Accounts phone lines will be closed for direct calls during this time. Customer service and Support services during this period will follow our normal out-of-hours process (see below).
Our online store will be available for domain registration, and hosting account signups 24/7 during this period, however please be aware that new .ie registrations requested over the period will only complete on the next working day for IE Domain Registry.
Support tickets can be submitted through your account Support Portal and via email at help@id.ie. Please remember also that the resolution to most issues is available in the Knowledgebase so you should always check there first. To speed resolution and response, ensure that you include as much information as possible to identify and replicate the issue (including screenshots where appropriate) with your email or ticket.

During the Holiday Period, support staffing levels may be lower than normal so tickets will be prioritized on basis of severity as determined by support staff.
Emergency support issues (critical outage events) should be sent by email to emergency@irishdomains.com so that we can jump on them quickly.
