Please send all abuse reports via email to abuse@irishdomains.com

You must include the following items in any report

  • Your full name & contact details
  • Type & nature of abuse being reported
  • URL or Domain Name (if relevant)
  • IP address on our network (if relevant)

If your report concerns Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright), you must also forward

  • The exact location (URL) of each alleged infringing item (note that we can only act in respect of specifically identified content)
  • A signed statement that you are the copyright holder or that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright holder.
  • A signed statement that the report is accurate, is made in good faith and that you have sufficient reason to believe that you or your client’s copyright is being infringed.

If your report concerns Defamation (Libel), you must also forward

  • The exact location (URL) of each alleged infringing article or content item (note that we can only act in respect of specifically identified content)
  • A signed statement that you are the the person being defamed, or are authorised to act on behalf of that person
  • A signed statement that the report is accurate, is made in good faith and you have sufficient reason to believe that you our your client is being defamed

The above email address is the only acceptable point of contact for electronic communications in respect of abuse.

Abuse reports are responded to within 3 working days.

While we will also process notices sent by recorded delivery letter to our registered offices, this may result in delays processing such notices.
