Managing Spam:
Log onto your Wordpress Account.
On your Dashboard, click onto 'Plugins' on the left-hand side of the webpage. Near the top of the screen, click on 'Add New' to get a plugin to deal with spam.
Disabling Comments:
Click onto 'Plugins' on the left-hand side of the webpage. Click on 'Add New' near the top of the screen.
If there is no 'Disable Comments' plugin on the featured section, click onto the search tool near the top-right corner of the screen. Type in 'Disable Comments' and suggested plugins shall appear on screen. Select the one you would like to get for your Wordpress site.
