Auto responders can be set up by the account administrator or by the individual email account user.
By Administrator:
- Login to the control panel using your administrator username & password.
- Select "Mail" from top menu (if this option is not displayed, select your hosting subscription from the top dropdown box first)
- Select the email address you wish to set the responder on by clicking on the Display name
- Select The "Auto Responder" tab
- Click on "Add new Auto Responder" button
- Tick box "Autoresponder Enabled"
- Add an Autoresponder Name
- Add a "Reply Message"
- Submit
By email user:
- Login to the control panel using your email address & password.
- Select "Email" from top menu
- Select "Auto Responders" link
- Click on "Add new Auto Responder" button
- Tick box "Autoresponder Enabled"
- Add an Autoresponder Name
- Add a "Reply Message"
- Submit
Autoresponder additional features:
- Enable Filtering - allows you to set auto responder for email containing particular text in subject or body
- Reply-to-field - set a new "reply to" field on the auto responder
- Custom Subject - set a new subject for autoresponder emails
- Forward - forward incoming email to a different address
